Terms of Use The rewards programme You earn points on purchases you make at a participating venue. Points are credited when your order is completed — not when it is placed, and not when you pay. Points have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. They can only be used as a discount against a future purchase at the venue where you earned them. Redeeming points You need a minimum balance before you can redeem, and there is a limit on how much of any single order can be paid for with points. Both are set by the venue and are shown to you before you redeem anything. Cancelled orders If an order is cancelled, any points you earned on it are removed, and any points you spent on it are returned. If you have already spent points that you earned on an order which is later cancelled, your balance can go below zero. You will never be asked to pay anything. Your balance simply has to climb back above the minimum before you can redeem again, and it will do so as you keep earning. Your account Your member number is permanent and it identifies you at the till. Keep it to yourself — anyone who has it can spend your points. We may change these terms. If we do, we will show you the new version and the date it takes effect.
